Anodic oxidation of aluminum is anodized by aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the cathode is electrolyzed in aqueous solution such as sulfuric acid, oxalic acid and chromic acid, so as to produce oxide film layer on the surface.The application of sulfuric acid anodic oxidation is the most widely used.Aluminum and aluminum sulfuric acid anodic oxide film layer has a high adsorption capacity, easy to seal the treatment, or to improve its corrosion resistance and appearance.Anodic oxidation film thickness generally 3 ~ 15 microns, aluminum alloy sulfuric acid anodic oxidation process, simple operation, the electrolyte stability, cost is not high also, method is a mature technology, but usually occur in the process of sulfuric acid anodizing of fault, affect the quality of oxide film layer.It is of great practical significance to improve the quality of anodic oxidation of aluminum sulfuric acid by summarizing the causes of failure and taking effective preventive measures.The higher the voltage of the tank, the higher the heat output will be, resulting in the increasing temperature of the electrolyte.In the process of anodizing, the temperature of the electrolyte must be kept in a certain range by stirring or cooling device.Under normal circumstances, the temperature should be controlled in 13 to 26 ℃, oxide film quality is better.If the electrolyte temperature exceeds 30 ℃, oxide film will produce a loose powder, the poor quality of the film, there was an "burned" phenomenon serious.In addition, when the temperature of the electrolyte is constant, the anode current density must also be limited, because of excessive anode current density, temperature rise, oxide film are also easy to loose sand powder or granular, the oxide film quality is very bad.CNC SLS SLA Vacumm casting tooling.
