We have 15 years experience in the manufacture of aluminum alloy prototypes.The following figure is an aluminum alloy frame hand plate, which is processed by CNC. The surface treatment used is abrasive, sandblasting and oxidation. The following is the production process of the aluminum alloy frame prototypes :
1. Programming: programmers analyze 3D data and write the programming language of CNC machining center;
2. CNC machining: input the finished programming language into the computer control processing center and execute the program command;
3. Sanding: make the surface of the aluminum alloy frame surface with the knife mark and the edge of the surface to be polished to make the surface smoother;
4. Sandblasting: spray a layer of particles on the surface of the handboard to reduce the roughness of the surface, and also go to the front;5. Oxidation (anodizing) : oxidize the surface of aluminum to form a film, which makes the product not easy to scratch.
All kinds of imported testing equipment (for example, three times, import of three - scale caliper and micrometer, tooth gauge and plug gauge), strict quality control.

The company has 20 CNC machining centers and Israel imported 3d printers and fully automatic vacuum multimode equipment, which can be shipped within 3~5 days.
The processing stroke can be up to 1800mm, which can be used to process the complex hand plate as a whole.
If you are not satisfied with production effect of plank, hand-board accuracy can not meet the plus or minus 0.1 mm, not achieve your assembly requirements, made you feel hand sample appearance (such as fuel injection, silk screening, plating surface treatment), cannot achieve the 99% of the fidelity of open moulds.
