This is a prototype we made before, we produced the medical wrist watch case with material is aluminium alloy, the material is silicone strap, watchcase part adopts CNC machining way, surface treatment as polishing, sandblasting, anodise, screen printing, processing methods and the strap part used is silica gel complex mode, now as you explain it in detail.

CNC machining: mainly refers to the CNC machining equipment in accordance with the procedures set in motion, Personally speaking is the tungsten steel knife above CNC equipment, in accordance with the procedures set by the path, and exercise on materials, the material on the extra bits and the prototypel is obtained finally.
Polishing: when the parts comes out, there will be a little burr on the surface, which needs to be smoothed with sandpaper.
anodizing: this process produces an oxidizing reaction on the surface of Aluminium to form a film, used to avoid scratches and protect the product
silk-screen: print words or pictures on the plane, level surfaces of model
The model: first make a prototype through 3d printing or CNC processing, then make a silicone mold using this prototype, and then use this mold for replication.
